Day 2 of Juice

Started my day off the right way today. I had my juice. It was romain lettuce, celery, 2 red apples, carrots, small orange, & a whole cucumber. It filled up two jars. I've so far drank one & had a banana. I'm going to drink the second here shortly. I think I'll stick with this for a couple of weeks & then I may try a juice fast. Brought some dry almonds to snack on today, which I've never eaten in my life & frankly I'm not too thrilled about trying. I'm going to give them a try though.

    Wow! You did great!

    My only suggestion is to drink A LOT of juice. Juice is not like fibre food. You can drink 5 quarts and that would be well within caloric limits.

    P.S. I truly hope you are using what everyone recommends: organic produce especially for juicing. If it isn't available or the $ is scary at least juicing yourself is a lot healthier than packaged.
