First Full Day of Fall

Very sleepy today, I need to rotate/flip my mattress. My back was achey when I was trying to sleep and that's a sign that it's time to rotate the mattress. I lost sleep I needed and I'm paying for it now.

During lunch today I want to head out for a walk, at least a mile to get my body moving and the cobwebs out of my system. It's gorgeous outside today a very sunny 55 degrees out right now and it should be a little warmer when lunch rolls around. Tonight I have my Yoga class at 7:30. Add a bit of a light dinner and I have a good plan for the day.

Seems like a quiet day at work today and those are exactly what I need and every day I have to remember to make the afternoons mine. With a little luck I'll lose some weight this week. I can make that happen. Right now I'm sore and sleepy and have to watch my mood, yeah it's 'that week' and I can feel it.
