Weekends are kinda the worst with me. I keep saying it. I need to do something..
I feel so bloated and gross after every weekend. why am I doing this to myself?
I Feel like I am gaining wait. I feel puffy. I do not like it.
Today's goal is just to focus on today. I am only thinking about what I am going to put in my body today. For today. Just today. I am not thinking about the crap I ate this weekend. its in the past.
Todays menu is going to be the following:
Not sure what I am going to have- I am at work and did not pack a breakfast, nor am I hungry to eat anything.
1/2 c Ground Beef, 1/8 cup rice, 1/4c tomoato sauce (basically, leftover insides from stuffed peppers i made the other night). no cheese
not sure what i am goint to make yet, but I am thinking a stir fry with chicken, soy sauce, lime and veggies. maybe over some pasta or rice for the husband.
I need to beat this bloat today. Any suggestions?
