Still struggling

Weekends are kinda the worst with me. I keep saying it. I need to do something..

I feel so bloated and gross after every weekend. why am I doing this to myself?
I Feel like I am gaining wait. I feel puffy. I do not like it.

Today's goal is just to focus on today. I am only thinking about what I am going to put in my body today. For today. Just today. I am not thinking about the crap I ate this weekend. its in the past.
Todays menu is going to be the following:

Breakfast:
Coffee
Not sure what I am going to have- I am at work and did not pack a breakfast, nor am I hungry to eat anything.
water

Lunch:
1/2 c Ground Beef, 1/8 cup rice, 1/4c tomoato sauce (basically, leftover insides from stuffed peppers i made the other night). no cheese
sun tea
water

Dinner:
not sure what i am goint to make yet, but I am thinking a stir fry with chicken, soy sauce, lime and veggies. maybe over some pasta or rice for the husband.

I need to beat this bloat today. Any suggestions?

    The best thing to do is plan out your meals in advance so you make good choices and ALWAYS eat breakfast. I have that argument all the time with my 13 year old step daughter.

    Thanks Batchick. I know these things.. just wasnt sure what I was going to have. I usually dont skip breakfast! I ended up eating my lunch for breakfast.. and for lunch i ended up getting some grilled chicken.
    Dinner ended up being pot roast- came home and my husband took a half of a day and decided to cook. so it was great. i totally didnt over do it.
    made bananna milk shakes for a snack (banana, 2tbs creamer, 1/2 cup 1% milk and ice).

    feeling a lot better.

    Sara- i like your fiber idea. I am TERRIBLE about getting any fiber in on the weekends. so i will focus on that this weekend, once it comes.

    don't skip breakfast! breakfast will get your metabolism going to help you burn off your weekend splurges!

    drink plenty of water, that always seems to help flush my system -- also make sure you eat something -- any fruit around? The fiber usually helps to also get the guts moving, since I'm bad about fiber on the weekends.
