It is good to be back on the site. The last two weeks have been rough but I made it through. My husband took a vacation, my brother got married, my mom was planning a visit, and meanwhile my work load doubled and I found myself running through my days without time for anything else. I was mindful of my food choices but I didn't track. I didn't workout and I drank a lot of energy drinks. I lost some weight but it was from skipping meals so I don't think it will stay off.
But life goes on and we overcome.
Goals for today
1. Eat 3 meals
2. Eat 5 servings of vegetables
3. Workout for 10 minutes
4. 5 posts on the message boards
5. Drink 8 cups of water
