Promises for this week!

Howdy to anyone who may read this! I hope everyone had a great weekend and are ready to tackle a new week.

My promises this week are:

Exercise: 15 minutes of anything besides walking and at least 3 of those days have to be the dreaded elliptical. I'm going to learn to love this machine if it kills me!

Nutrition: Minimum 4 fruits and/or veggies a day. Last week I focused on chocolate and did have some on Saturday and a couple of pieces today but I need to do better on my veggies. Something green every day!

Mental: Expand my mind. Find something to read daily and actually read read. LOL. Let me clarify - I am a skimmer. I was told a long time ago that if you read the first and last sentence of a paragraph you get the idea of the paragraph. But I'm going to read something every day and read every word. Whether it be an article on the computer, or a book or whatever. I'm expanding my mind instead of my butt!
