How to change

If you want things to change you've got to do things differently. So if something isn't working for your fitness/weight goals change what you are doing. I need to take this advice given to me seriously in many areas of my life and not just with weight loss. We really can achieve what we want with hard work, determination, and consistency. It's been 19 months since I was pregnant at 207. I lost 17 pounds directly after having my son leaving me at 190. I have finally lost some more weight and have been lingering around 170. I keep asking myself what can I do differently and not applying what I come up with or struggle with it and I am not exactly sure why I can't make the changes stick.
