Isn't it strange that the little things such as seeing my sparkpoints rise, and getting a digital reward just makes my day??
Well.. it doesn't really compare to weigh-in days when I have lost (especially if it was more than expected).. but on those days when I don't lose after a hard week's slog at the gym and a strong show of willpower on the dessert front - it's just that wee reminder that actually I have worked hard, and it wasn't all for nothing.. and that I will eventually get there if I keep logging my food and exercise, and keep on keeping on..
Isn't it strange??
