9/22/13 – 140.2 (down .4)
Today I feel like I can go back to a low fat vegan way of eating or at least eating that way most of the time. I’ll take it one day at a time and see how that goes.

This morning the scale dipped. Church was lovely this morning. I got one of the flowerbeds weeded in the afternoon, and sprayed deer repellent over all beds. Going to watch the Emmys this evening.

B – Smoothie (banana, orange, 1 T chia, 1 T oats, ½ c water), coffee, water
L – Salad 1 c Romaine, 1 c kale, 1 cup cucumber, 4 mushrooms, 2 T Double garlic dressing, flax)
S – 1 cube Chi Chi Square from Sunshine grocery, celery hummus
D – Black bean burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo
Ex – 90 min weeding
