I think I figured it out

I noticed my b.s. has been up past couple days....when I was expecting my A1C to be down with all my exercise etc...
I only walked 5 km yesterday cuz it was already 6pm and would be dark if I walked longer.
I was so tired, I dragged myself out of bed at 10:15.
Went to church today and only about 1 people there.... lots of people sick.
I had to really push myself tonite and strategize to get in 5 km walk tonite...and my feet were throbbing and my legs were tired.
So, I think I am coming down with something, the friend I went to book club with on Weds, - her whole family is down with something, so that's what I figured out... My body is fighting off something....

Guess instead of trying to catch up on my miles with WATP tonite, it will be just an early evening...

    I know that you have had long, busy days for at least the last two weeks. Sounds like you got your resistance down. Give yourself permission to sit around for a couple days. You can catch up on your reading and your knitting so you don't feel like you're wasting time. You do deserve it. No charge for this call - it was done from home. I only charge if I go to your home. lol.
