Today I decided to take it easy, Taking a break from the gym today, and it's also back to work today. After having three days off. I will get back on track and head to the gym tomorrow. It has been a cloudy Sunday here. The boys are getting ready to go to Royal Rangers. Decided to stay home from church today. Needed to rest before going back to work.

Having a hard time staying in my calorie range today. I am under my calories. I just haven't been that hungry today. Not sure if I am trying to come down with a cold or something. Just no appetite today. Right now I am having a bowl of chicken and noodle soup.

One of my friend from work invited me to join her in the middle of October for the annual 3K/5K walk-run. Run or Dye. Not sure if I want to do it. If I decide to do it, then I will probably do the 3K walk. I have until October 1 to sign up. It will also depend on if I have that day off from work. I have never participated in any kind of races like this, and not sure if I am ready to do it.

Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.

    I try to take one day off a week, usually Sunday. No exercise planned but do some anyway.
I did a couple 3k they are not bad and a walk with a group can be fun. Bet you would enjoy it. Hope you can give it a try.
