Small set back but Im not a quitter

Sunday, September 22, 2013

I had planned to start 2 weeks ago but things change. On the 9th I was my cousins last hope in watching her little girl, 5 1/2 Months old. She lives about 30-40 mins away so she had to be here early to feed her so she could go back to sleep. So I had to get up at 530. I had her 3 times that week and I watched her from 6am to 6pm. I got hardly any sleep. Im the type that if I don't get enough sleep I feel sick all day and I get a migraine. This past Monday and Tuesday I also watched her. Im trying to build my energy back up but it still feels like my body is crashing. I haven't been eating the best so I know that isn't helping me out either.

I have been taking my dog back out for walks and that's helping. I need to make myself go on walks myself so that I can walk more. I usually just walk my dog down the street and back, 15 mins. I need to get out and walk for about an hour and work my way up.

Tomorrow Im getting back on track and making myself exercise and think before I eat.

We all go through set backs . . . but you're handling it the right way, with short dog walks and awareness. You'll be back on track before you know it!

Set backs are part of the journey. Some we can't do a durned thing about. I hope things go well for you this week.
