Well, it seems the events of the week are calming down!
I have been doing well with my eating but haven't been exercising at all.
Yesterday I came home from work & took a 3 hour nap & was back to bed by 9 pm!!
Stress really makes you tired.
I hope to do some yoga today when I get home. It puts me in a peaceful place
I need peace right now more than anything!!
