Today's challenge is to take at least 15 minutes before bed to plan for tomorrow's meals. Whether it be preparing dinner in a crock pot, chopping celery for my lunch, or putting together a vinegar chive blend with cherry tomatoes, cucumber & thinly sliced onion. I may do all three.
The days are going by so fast. I managed to squeeze in 52 miles last week. Now, I have to focus on my distance between jogging & walking. The 5k is on 10/5/13. I had a good time doing my virtual 5k yesterday.
