W - goal met!

Yesterday I didn't blog about my goals, but I had them in my phone as reminders and I completed all of them.
Goals for this week:
Shakeology breakfast plan every morning
T25 every day
-Sunday in PM, Mon-Fri in AM, Sat AM/PM
Yogurt, fruit, and granola bar lunch M-F
FitClub on Wednesday
Walk in evening on Thur/Fri/Sat
Follow dinner plan set for week (on my fridge)
Complete 1 assignment every night this week
And that's it!
