It just so happens as I have decided to take back my life, I started Spark People again. At the same time, my community is participating in Move2Health. In twelve days I have logged 1575 minutes. That is 26 hours and 15 minutes of hiking a mountain, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, walking for work, walking to the bus stop, walking to and from stores. (I don't have a car right now.) I guess I can say that I have an active life style. Now to keep strong and eat appropriately. The nutrition tracker is such a big help, I really need a visual.
Note to self: Just keep swimming.
