Well, I was going to try and do less than 2 hours of exercise today, but...
It looked like it would be easy to keep it to 100 minutes or less as it was pouring rain for most of the day and Cooper refused to walk more than half a mile at a time in that slop. But I decided to do a little yoga, and then I decided to do some ST, since that has been completely absent from my workouts lately. Before you know it I was over 120 minutes. And then the rain stopped, so Cooper got a bit more of a walk. Now I am at around 3 hours for the day. Tomorrow I plan on kayaking for about 4 or 5 hours, so I won't be under 100 minutes tomorrow. Maybe on Monday I can try again to cut back on my exercise. (Knowing me that is a long shot.) I just like the way I feel when I am active. Why mess with what works. Right?
There was localized flooding today as we got over 3 inches of rain, but my building didn't lose power so I am okay with all the rain. It is supposed to be clear tomorrow for our long paddle on Lake Chautauqua. I am not sure how windy it is going to be though. I am hoping it isn't too windy as I will be paddling a rental boat that I am not used to.
