Saturday and Sunday's Plan

Today was the usual. Errands and chores.
Went to the mall to return a couple of things. We did some extra walking to get our steps in.
Overall it was a good day. Overachieved on my steps and stayed within range. Made a healthy dinner: turkey peccadillo, brown rice, and green beans from the farm stand. They were good. I might go back tomorrow for more.
Tomorrow I am a free agent as hubby is going to a sporting event with a friend. I am like a kid in a candy store. What do I do with a free day?
Here's what I NEED to accomplish (not all tomorrow)
In no particular order
Watch a couple of shows that I have on the DVR
Read a book
Get in some serious steps and a good workout
Plan my meals for the week and cook some of them
Cut down the dead flowers from my gardens
Visit my mother
Meet a friend for lunch (probably not possible as I haven't even mentioned it to her yet)
While I would love to do all this tomorrow, I think it is almost impossible considering how much time I COULD spend watching movies, reading, or visiting my mother. To make sure that I make a dent in this list I will be applying Val's Pomodoro method to make sure that I keep moving onto the next thing and don't get stuck along the way.
