Busy. multiplied.
I didn't get that job. Sometimes I think getting my MLIS was for naught.
Working. Pushing a wheelchair for dr. visits has been rough on my back. I have been exhausted, and sleeping as much as possible.
I ate something that I shouldn't have. The trouble is, I do not know what has caused the problem. I am severely broken out. Itchy, patches, red, yuck all over my face.

Besides that.
Busy.
Tired.
working when I can.
TGIF, and it's only Saturday.

BEBORAH, I am sensitive to many chemicals. If I use perfumed products I have reactions.
I have not changed soaps, or detergents in a long time It took forever to find which ones make my skin break out.

Mostly it was eating processed food. These days we eat very little processed foods and we are happy to have much less variety in our cooking. I like it that way and so does DH. HUGS Pat in Maine.

It is very difficult right now so try to take it easy and take as much rest as you can. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I hope that you can find out what you are sensitive to soon! My daughter has just recently found out that she can't have certain wines. Many wines add sulfates when they are processed. Those are the ones that she can't have at all. Most likely you are sensitive to something that is added to foods. If you have been tracking your foods, you should be able to look back and narrow it down. I wish you the best!

Sorry about the job :( Could it be the thing you ate but shouldn't have caused the break out? Its more important then ever to look after yourself so you don't get run down..
Hope you can get some rest on Sunday..

Sorry about the job. Hope things start to improve soon. I know when my DH was laid up for 3 months it seemed like forever but now it is just a memory so here is hoping that is how it will be for you soon.
Rest and rejuvenate this Sunday.

Pat
