My Journey to a Healthier BMI!!

Which will put me at 155, which is only 34 pounds from what I weigh right now!!
I will be 55 next May, 24th and with the help of my Slytherin friend's and The Steely Sapphire Soldiers I think I can get pretty close! and my other Two teams Urban Rebounding Let's Bounce and HulaHoop All Star's!

1. Quickfire Challenge everyday thanx, to Ravenfaery and Leepfrog!
2. Drink 64 oz. of Water or Unsweetened Tea
3. Only 2 cups of Coffee!!
4. Take my Folic Acid and Iron Pill everyday, which I should be doing anyway!! ;o)
5. Rebounding 10 Min. broken up into 5-2 minute sessions for a week
6. Hula Hooping 10 Min. twice a day!!

OK This what I have done and plan on doing again!!

Tuesday~~~~~~12/10
Wednesday~~~12/11
Thursay~~~~~~12/13
Friday~~~~~~~~12/14
Saturday~~~~~~12/15
Sunday~~~~~~~12/!6
Monday~~~~~~~12/17

And 20 Minutes a day for the month of December, with Wednesdays off will give me 400 Minutes for the month!!
