FInally, BLC23 has arrived, and I find myself with a new team.....The Mighty Mocha Hunters.
The Two Main Goals for the Hunters are
NUTRITION - keeping track of what I eat and drink...is something I feel that I need to take seriously.
FITNESS - keeping track of my exercise or lack thereof, is a small step towards a life long goal of living healthy.
I sat thinking the other day of what goals I want to achieve.
MINOR SHORT TERM GOAL - Loose 10kg or get closer before my birthday in November.
MAJOR LONG TERM GOAL - Get to a healthy goal weight before 2019 - which corresponds with my 30th High School Reunion.
So here are my goals for BLC23
1. Track my food and drink
2. Get in some sort of exercise everyday.
3. Take time out to relax and destress.
4. Celebrate any NSV.......they are also important.
So this is me, signing off......off to update my trackers.
