So I think I finally have myself adjusted to my new schedule. Time to focus on a new challenge:)


Anyone interested in starting this let me know:) Today is my first day. Going great, but day one always does.

Also starting a new lifting program on the days I don't do SWEAT, got some great baseline data today.
Can't wait to see the progress I will make.
Hope everyone enjoys this great weekend!

    I love the look of the primal challenge and want to follow your progress on it. I have just completed my own detox 7 day challenge and feel a million bucks for it. I blogged my daily progress and that felt great to do, plus I got support from others to complete my challenge. Good luck - I'm watching!

    Thanks for sharing the link to your challenge... To me some items on the list would be a real challenge so trying to tackle them all at one and maintain for 21 days would be too much...

    Like 8 hours of sleep ... I am really working on that one! I never kept it going for more than 5 nights...!

    Looks interesting - a variant on the paleo diet along with designed exercise and strength training sort of maybe? Great way to mix it up.
