Sorry to yell but I'm on a high. I got up early on a Saturday to meet my BFF at the gym. (Amazing, I never get up early on Saturdays) My BFF inspires me. She just joined the same gym and my workouts have been rejuvenated. It's Wonderful!
I have 2 NSVs to report as a consequence of this early morning workout:
1) I only had 2 beers last night cause I knew I had to wake up early. As a result I narrowly stayed within my fitbit AND SparkPeople calorie ranges.
2) I fracking woke up at 8 AM to fracking workout....Frack! Something I would have never done you don't understand.....I am anti morning person. I am anti people before 9AM. But I did it and I feel AWESOME! So great in fact we might make it a weekly thing.
So Friends my message today is that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. You CAN change! It doesn't happen over night but it CAN and WILL happen! DON'T GIVE UP! Do get out of your comfort zone! It's nice beyond those boundaries. My comfort zone Saturday mornings was in my bed but I broke free of the sheets. THANK YOU EUNICE FOR THAT PUSH! YOU ROCK BABE!

    Woohoo on the NSV's! I am also not a fan of mornings-I hate those things. But...when I work out in the morning I feel pretty awesome. If you find a way to become a morning personae let me know ;)

    Yay NSVs! Those are the best! Getting out of bed at that hour on a Saturday must have been brutal, so two big thumbs up for doing it! And two more for talking about making it a weekly thing!

    Yes, anything is possible. I'm not a morning person either, but I love my morning gym workouts. So nice that you have a BFF to workout with you.
