On a good eating roll, but fell today during my group training run. Busted up my face, knees, and hands. Great people bandaged me and drove me home. I think all the injuries are pretty superficial. Perhaps my lip would stop bleeding if I'd quit eating and drinking!! I did want comfort food, but an 80 calorie Greek yogurt and a cup of tea did it for me.
I'm ticked, though. Wanted to get in my training run. Wanted to cover 3 more dining room chairs, but my hands are definitely too sore. Suppose to cycle with a group tomorrow morning. We'll see. Maybe with gloves if knees will work okay.
Everyone, take care. I'm remembering that one person wrote "slow down" on the list of how to improve your program. Not sure I need to literally slow down, but I do need to be more careful. Like I said, take care.
