I guess I do get a bit over-enthusiastic about things, but this is a wonderful service. I'm so excited about Sparkpeople. I stumbled upon this 3 days ago, joined up, tracked food and excercise (no weight change to track yet). I've been reading success stories. I'm totally amped up! Set a ten day goal to do a short core workout every day - this morning I did the 12 minute abs pilates video. I guess I'll track this goal in the journal on the planning page because I don't know how to track personal goals otherwise, although I expect the web design team have a tool in place that I haven't found.
