lost my crown among other things .

Saturday, September 21, 2013

well I am not queen to lose my crown but I did lose something that was equally important to my health . I lost the crown off my tooth . I bite into a nut . lost the crown with that bite . called the dentist and they said . soonest to get in is Tuesday . so I have some more days to wait until then . when I started having trouble . dull toothache about two months ago . I thought . hey it cant be a tooth ache . the nerves are gone with that tooth . had a root canal they took the roots out so it cant be a problem with the tooth . when I looked in the mirror I saw that one side of the base of that tooth had gone . so it must have been trying to warn me but like usual I did not listen .so am no longer queen or maybe I can get my crown back . will see after Tuesday . good news the thing on my back was not cancer . have not called the other doctor yet to look at the one near my eye . it looks like it might be .at least the doctor said . I had a muel method of removing the spot of cancer on the other side . five slices they took to get it all . ok . sorry for bending your ears .

I don't mind that you talk about your health. I pray that the place on your face will not be cancerous and hope you get another crown. They remove most of the tooth and leave a post for the crown to sit on. I hope it is not too painful.

I lost a crown a few years ago and ended up having the rest of the tooth pulled and a bridge put in. At least I saw the dentist the day it happened. I was still teaching and was still at school but the children had gone home so I left and took care of my tooth.

Sorry you lost your crown! Hope your dentist can at least give you a temporary one on Tuesday, This happened to me a few years ago and I had to really be careful how and what I ate until I was able to see my dentist. My thoughts and sympathies are with you!

Sorry bout your crown........yes we tend to not listen to our bodies alot don 't we???
Glad no cancer on your back and hoping the same with one on your face. Had some slicing and dicing on my arm back in the spring. It still looks nasty so guess that it will heal that way.....you can bend our ears on here any time!!!! It helps to get it out and you got alot on your plate at once

Sorry you lost your crown. No fun at all, I know. I chipped a tooth eating corn on the cob once. emoticon

I once broke a tooth eating a burrito. The restaurant had probably not done a good job cleaning the beans. At the time, I had no $, so I had that broken tooth for a few years. It got fixed last year. That restaurant is no longer in business.

I hope your dentition and other issues are resolved post haste!
