OOPS! Sept 19 breakfast blog change chia seeds to flax seeds

Oops, thought I used chia seeds as recommended. But what I used was flax seeds. I don't think it made any difference.

    some one told me that flax seeds need to be ground to do any good in your body? Does any one know if that is true. emoticon

    I tried doing it with my chia seed cereal. It was thicker than just letting it set for 5 minutes. I will try the flax seed it will probably be thicker because it is more of meal or flour type consistency than the chia seed. I added avocado instead of banana.
