I cannot seem to sleep very long intervals. THis fibro does it,, never had problems before. I took a WHOLE pin pill at 2 am.. up now at 6. Lots to do today and I went for a walk outdoors a few minutes ago,,it is completely dark out. The air is cooler, but still humid,, probably only about 55% humidity now though.

I have piles of mail and papers to go through, lots of legal things for mom to do. Banking, housey stuff..
Today will be the first day i will cook since last Monday!! Thanks to Aldebarian treating us to dinners, we have lived on doggy bags for a few days! My kind of cooking. My dishwasher and stove are happy they are getting a rest.
I think today is treadmill day too..

I understand, because I have fibro and sleep issues, too (severe sleep apnea). People are always telling me to pick up the pace, smile, look alive, etc. - they don't realize that I'm chronically sleep deprived and have been for years. You are not alone!! I do notice that I sleep a little better and a little longer if I have exercised during the day. Thirty minutes of exercise in the morning seems to give me a couple of additional hours of sleep at night, so it's a good investment of time.

My Sleep solution was taking Melatonin before bed and staying warm. I am always cold but I use my rice bags and I can get 6 hours very easily these days. If I could type faster i would be able to get in more. If I could get off the computer earlier it would be so nice.

HUGS and much love to you. emoticon

I never sleep the whole night through. I agree, it is the pits. Glad you got your walk in. We are coolish for this time of year. It's 54 degrees right now, and looks like we will be in the 80's during the day. It's windy too. More like October weather. Sarge is a good boy. After we left the Vet office we went to Petco. So I grabbed a free treat for him since he was so polite. Hope your Sunday is a good one!

Wow, another busy day! Maybe you'll sleep better now that the doggy bags are all used up. You never know what they might sneak into that restaurant food. emoticon emoticon

5 mg of melatonin helps me get a restful night sleep. I ahve a bottle of the ambiem but don't like the nightmares involved with that one so it will probably go down the toilet. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
