calories and exercise day 6

this is really keeping me blogging - and honest :)
so yesterday's calories: 1045 - low eh? so I had my period (or shark week as I now like to refer to it :) and was so starving through it and then yesterday - just not hungry enough. got to the end of the day and saw the calories, but you know, I had had enough veggies and fruit, water, protein...I could have made myself eat something but I was tired so I just went to bed.
pretty much the same as the day before
morning walk to and from school with kids (at least the one way! we actually had to walk back with one of them because yesterday morning was meltdown morning for both kids, it seems-been such an easy last couple of months that I forget how they can turn the world upside down - quite the morning, left one at school but one was just too distraught and he had to come home. Poor guy, he just isn't sleeping - autism and anxiety sucks...)
ok then I later went to the gym - quick 15 minute intervals on the elliptical, one 10 minute circuit on the weights, then the 45 minute walk home.
I am super sleepy now - today was my birthday, but I will report on that tomorrow as I really just want to crawl into bed - fun day but tiring! hope you are all well :)
