No workout for a week

Life sometimes hit and throws a monkey wrench in my journey. It's a bummer that I can not exercise for a week as my nerves are flared. I will not get discouraged as this is part of my life. I will continue on and pray that I'm able to exercise by Thursday. Got to stay on track and focuse.

    If you are actually having a physical reaction like your muscles are moving and sore , try electro lights prior to exercise.

    That's a good attitude to have just keep tracking your food and do the best you can at this point, I hope your feeling better soon!
