But I'm too tired and want to sleep.

    I read somewhere that the chemicals from cigarettes are gone from your body in 7 days, and the rest is psychological. You would have to gain 125 lbs to have the same health risks as one pack of cigarettes.

    I gave up 6 years ago. cold turkey and I have never looked back. I hate the smell of it now.

    I did it after a big heath scare about one year ago. I saved $2520 in that year. :)
Oh... and it was one of the hardest things I ever did, so if you're quitting and need to vent, hit me up.

I quit smoking 30 years ago. Sometimes I still miss it but I am so glad that I quit.
