You ever have one of those days where you just feel like you can't catch up? I've been late for everything today. It's stressful but these things happen regardless of your best efforts. Stress wreaks havoc on my eating habits so today I'm going to take the time to run through some of the ways I like to relieve stress.
Sirena's Top 10 Stress Busters
1) Listen to nice soothing music
(DMB, Perhaps? I think YES!)
2) Light a candle
3) Pop open a cold one
(But just one, ok maybe 2)
4) Breath, Just Breath
5) Ask and receive a hug
6) Work Out
7) Make Love like There's No Tomorrow
(Don't judge me, but step 5 might lead to step 7 so hey a twofer!)
8) Write, Journal, make list and/or Blog (Hey I got two!)
9) Watch a Movie
10) Play with the fur kids. Daphne, Eddie and Niles like this one best.
