in past weekends, i dont have a plan.
i dont have to excercise, after all, its the weekend
i dont have to track food. after all, its the weekend
this weekend is different. i am gonna track
i am gonna start my saturday morning off with excercise. my excercise plan is do my c25k and do either a video or go to gym.
this is gonna be a successful weekend. because nothing is as important as being healthy
then, i am going to track my food. i am gonna plan healthy meals. i am gonna make 1 healthy dessert as a treat and something to look forward too
i am not gonna derail my weekend by binging and gorging on junk.
