Back again. 5th attempt?

I have been slacking off. It's down to the last thirty pounds, and I need to really focus on sticking to my goals. I am going to work out six days a week. I will work out for 90 minutes, and I will not eat more than 1700 calories per day. I will keep track of my food, drink more water, and try to eat more fruits and vegetables. I am so sick of being overweight and feeling like a victim. I am sick of eating foods that are super unhealthy and hating myself.
I want to be proud of myself and proud of my body. I can do this.
