My week long process of tracking food and exercise resulted in a 2 lb loss. This week’s WI definitely has me going in the right direction....down!
I asked a few friends to run the 10k with me (husband included) but it was a no go. I decided to ask one more friend and she agreed. I've been running with ladies that are already running half's and it started me to thinking..... For the past few weeks I've been going back and forth about the 2014 LR Marathon 10k or the half....I finally made my mind up - I'm going to run the half. It's a first time for everything!! So let the training begin.
My personal goal for this week is to have activity points left over.
