Hi all TGIF!! I was just thinking about winter, which is right around the corner and how It is my favorite workout season. Now dont get me wrong I workout all year but winter is what i like to call it "bust your a$$ mode" . If you start in Novemeber that is 5 months to get where you wanna be. Thats plenty of time to get one's excersie and eating habits in order. Now one of these days I want to really test myself, I wanna see just how much disapine i have. Who knows when this day will come but it is something I have always wanted to accomplish. I will defin keep you all in the loop and who knows I might jsut start a spark group,lol Be safe this weekend everyone and keep active and keep it clean!!
