Day five - Started out strong

Wow! McCanns Quick and Easy Steel Cut Oats are AWESOME!! I cooked them in the microwave for 6 minutes and stirred in some cinnamon and stevia. The texture and taste are leagues better than regular oatmeal. I actually had to add some water because they were a little dry when I followed the directions but man they're good. I stirred in five chopped strawberries and a 1/4 of blueberries and a tbsp of chia seeds and I am loving this breakfast. Topped off with some hot lemon water and I am happy with the start to my day.
I have already taken my first set of vitamins for the day (well most of them I forgot my iron and vitamin C this morning) and I've already drank 32 oz of water. I have a plan for lunch and one for dinner so I am set.
This is going to be a great day!
