D is for DOWNFALL...Time and chips!

E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Early Bird, love getting up before the world begins.

F is for FURRY FRIENDS... Not at this time.

G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Fresh fruit and veggie's mostly.

H is for HOME...where do you call home? Texas (60 miles north of Dallas)

I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? Anyone who lives their lives with integrity.

J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Accounting Database Programming

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Having fruit on hand.

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 3-5, sometimes more.

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 4-5

S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5' 1" Petite (short)

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Central

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Reading and movies.

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Australia

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? 2 or 3 days a week at the gym.


X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to take good care of myself and make my body strong!

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I allow myself only 5 minutes to dwell on something and then I say "stuck it up buttercup" and move on!
