Season of the Beast: Week 14

This week's challenge is about finding a healthy but comforting fall recipe.
I love me some pumpkin, so I decided to find an alternative to the super yummy but oh-so-sugary Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Here's what I came up with:

The recipe is simple and has the flavours I was after: coffee, pumpkin, spices and just a hint of sweetness. I don't drink milk anymore so I used almond milk instead. I also used a splash of maple syrup to sweeten it instead of sugar. It was quick to put together so I'm sure I'll be drinking lots of these as the weather gets chillier!

I tried taking a photo of it but really it just looks like coffee. Not exciting enough to share LOL

For the bonus challenge I went for a fall walk under the harvest moon with my dogs last night. Beautiful!!
