Well for the most part I had a great week!
5 out of the 7 days I kept within my 1200-1300 calories per day as asked by my doctor. I made SP recipe Berry muffins (my husband loved them) and Life-saving lentil soup. Good! Goal for next week is to try to stay within the 1200-1300 calorie range by eating more fruits and veggies!
Attended my physio for hip and leg traction and exercises/ massage to try to get my hips, legs working pain free! Still work in process but improving.
Managed to get my 20 minutes of exercise (mostly physio exercises) in all days and 6,000 steps 4 of the 7 days.
Lost 1 pound ! Yahoo going in the right direction
Goal for next week: 6,000 steps every day.
