WHEN WE CALL ON GOD
Many times I have heard people say that if we don’t tell them something, they may never know. Communication is imperative to make a relationship work. We have to tell others how we feel and sometimes remind them of things to do. With God, we need to call on Him, talk with Him and ask Him for answers. He knows our concerns but He still wants us to call on Him.
Psalm 4:1 “Answer me when I call to you, O God who declares me innocent. Free me from my troubles. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.” (NLT)
Dear Lord, we call on You today to ask for Your mercy. We are in situations where we don’t know which way to turn but we have trust in You. Show us Your way, hear our prayers, free us from our troubles and have mercy on us, we pray. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
If we don’t call on God, we can’t really expect Him to hear us.
Talking through things is the best way to communicate and clear things up.
If there is something we are struggling in, we need to talk things out with God.
God can help us when we call on Him to show us His way.
Trusting in God by calling on Him in all things will help us get through the tough times.
Psalm 55:16 “But I will call on God, and the LORD will rescue me.” (NLT)
