So I wrote the other day that I weighed myself the morning after the bike/run/Zumba/bike event, but that I wasn't going to count that weight.
Well that weight has now appeared on the scale twice more this week. So I've logged it. 188.
I do tend to weigh myself a lot. I just don't log it a lot. With my rotating work schedule, its hard to find the same time to weigh, and under the same conditions. For some people, when they weigh themselves a lot, it stresses them out. Personally it doesn't affect me one way or the other. But after making the changes the last 2 weeks, its definitely a good feeling to see some change!
Although I'm working a night shift now, and that should be it for me, I picked up another one. A co-worker has called in sick for Friday's night shift, so I volunteered to take it. I've been getting a fair amount of sleep on these couple nights, and I didn't have any plans, so doing another night shift won't be too bad.
I did break down last night and tonight. I went to the candy jar. Both nights I got a fun-size M&M bag. But I did force myself to eat 1 M&M at a time, so at least I made sure to savor that little bag! :)
