So, I managed 13 minutes on the bike, frustrated because the screen keeps fading, but otherwise, burned 112 calories, woo hoo! Also did 1 minute on the Sweatbuster, and did some strength training for about 15 minutes! I actually sweated quite a bit.
We ate out tonight, I stuck with my taro, raw fish, chicken and sweet potatoes, delicious! I also had a small serving of fruit salad and ice cream.
Tomorrow my dad comes back after his 3 day travels overseas and we'll see the outcome of his trip, I'm hoping for some very good news. I've got to try and get him interested in doing his PhD, but we'll see, after all its up to him, and better him doing it than me - I'm far too busy at the moment...maybe in 2015, but not now. I've got too many things going on.
