A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push? Definitely Yes
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? 3rd time. Once a Pixie and the other a Tiger
C is for have? 2 adult boys
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? Not being prepared or planning my meals.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Both really
F is for FURRY have? I have 2 dogs
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Depends who's with me. If it's just me, more healthy things. With hubby, he throws in lots of junk.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Denver Colorado
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? All those who have succeeded or keep on going.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Was retired but now work for an airline.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? To get some sort of movement in during the day.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I do but I fall off when I'm not being held accountable.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married 32 years.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? First inital, last name, year of birth...Oops, I shouldn't have mentioned that last part.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? 64-80 oz.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? When I'm really focused, 7-9.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? Have too many to narrow down.
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? When focused I work out 6 days a week at least one hour to 90 min.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'4"
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Mountain
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Reading, computer and now traveling.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Too many places. I want to see it all.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? I try to 2-3 times a week.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to get down a size or two and really be focused on this journey.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I try not to dwell on those poor choices. If I do, I get over it very quickly and put a period after it and move on.
Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? My fellow Tigers. They really motivate me.

    Welcome back!! Glad you returned to the Jungle this round!! Have you been fishing lately? There's a lake at the front of my new subdivision that is stocked with fish for catch and release. I think of you out there whenever I'm watching the fish emoticon
