Long term goal: Lose 8 pounds this month (down 3 so far)
Short term goal: Lose 2 pounds this week - no scale so no way to know my weight today

1. Cal/carb goals are to keep them in nutritional tracker range:
1862 cal / 224 carb - both over acceptable range - every meal eaten out

2. Exercise at least 375 cardio and 90 weight training minutes per week:
Day: 70 cardio and 20 weight training
Week: 5101 cardio 70 weight training
Met both goals for this week

3. Meditation at least once per day, 5 days per week: count this as 4 days complete this week - done while holding my grandson

    New babies give us a sense of calm. emoticon It's great to just hold them and relax. I miss those days but they do grow up. emoticon
