Lately I have been making too many exceptions. It is true those of us trying to lose weight need to live realistically and allow for things like weekends away and parties but we need to keep an eye on how often these happen.
I want to pick up the weight loss pace a little. I found that a major event where I will be front and center (big photo op too) is happening next year when I thought it would be in 2015.
One way to make that faster pace happen is to make less exceptions to the healthy eating routine. That's the plan.
