Ok, I drove the men to work and parked car. I walked, danced, did 300 stair steps (paced out) There are ten steps. I do ten time = 100. I do 3 x throughout the day for 300. I play my mp3 music and I dance down the street, walk slow, walk fast, go up and down hills, sit in shop at olive building, eat breakfast there and lunch, all organic salad. I had salmon caesar customized for me, dressing on side (only dip fork in dressing to get hint of flavor, no croutons. Yep that was me all day. I was super tired today. I walked to Barnes and Noble, sat in chair reading a bit. I most walked around slower pace today but did get in my zone for 30 plus min. I was more tired then yesterday. I even took a short nap in the car. I drove home all the way and did not feel like I was falling asleep so the nap helped. I cooked dinner. I am off to the shower and bed. I am super tired. Glad tomorrow is Friday. Supposed to rain Sat and Sun. so not sure what I will do for exercise.
