Today I completed W5D3 of my couch to 5K program. That was to run for 20 minutes straight, and the best part is I wasn't dying I could have run further. I'm so excited and proud of myself. To think of how I used to feel when I began the program, just that thought was enough to make me want to hide under the covers. Good thing too, only 2 weeks until I 'run for the cure" I can't wait to see what week 6 has in store for me. Good thing too, only 2 weeks until I 'run for the cure"
