So i am trying not to sound like a broken record but i am still having a hard time adjusting to being single.
last night I actually called him and said I miss you .. like darn I just gave him a 1 up on me.
yesterday I started 2 a day workout , I did a light workout in the morning and then I did a 5 mile walk at night.
I was really happy with the walk , it was a struggle to get going but after mile 3 it was a go and I felt like I could do a few more laps but then it started to rain and mile 5 I felt like i was pushing it and glad I ended it when i did because it rained hard .
so , i decided to 2 a day workouts . This morning I did a light cardio sesh and some light weights.
and tonight I am going to go on a walk , this time I will be walking after work . I forgot to bring my HRM and headphones but its okay . I'll just listen to the city around me . Ive been eyeing out this walk for a while and rain or not I am going to get it done .
Hope this helps distract my mind and become more focused and stop me from thinking of him
