Hello Everyone:)

So, I am one of those avid music lovers & love listening to fun or inspiring songs while I workout! It pumps me up & pushes me through the hard workouts when I feel like my body is about to break! I wanted to share with you some of the songs that are currently on my playlist & then hear what you all love to listen to while you're getting your daily dose of sweat on:)

    I love Til I Collapse, that's on my playlist!

    I also love Push It by Garbage, really motivational. I have lots of loud rock and techno music as well that keeps me going!

    Have to admit I don't know any of your songs! Boy, that makes me feel old. LOL I groove to the 80's hits, like "Walking on Sunshine". Billy Joel is one of my favs, especially his "You're Only Human (Second Wind)". Spark People has a list of 80's songs for exercise and the top 15 are most of my favorites.
