So, my surprisingly fast weight loss has now halted to a complete standstill. The scale hasn't budged in two weeks, and I'm starting to feel really frustrated. I guess I shouldn't have worried that it was too fast to be healthy, because now it's not happening at all. I know this stuff happens sometimes,but it's disheartening to know that I've made sure I have a calorie deficit every single day, and yet it's making no difference at all.
I'm close to starting weight training, so I'm hoping that extra exercise will help me get over this plateau, and thus make it a very small & short one, but in the meantime I'm restricting my calories a bit more than normal in an attempt to jumpstart the weight loss again. Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
